USDA has NEW educator tools for school clubs, afterschool programs, and youth organizations like yours.

The free Leave Hungry Pests Behind service learning curriculum combines informative lessons with real-world action projects.  You can use it to get youth involved with their communities and the environment. In this curriculum, you’ll find:

  • Three indoor/outdoor workshops that raise awareness about the threat of invasive pests
  • Hands-on action projects that promote youth leadership through community service
  • Customized activities for grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
